コナミは、コナミコマンドを生み出したゲームプログラマー・橋本和久氏が逝去したことを発表しました。コナミコマンドは『グラディウス』や『サイレントヒル』、『BEMANI』など名作ゲームシリーズの裏技として採用されていた隠しコマンド。STGである『グラディウス』シリーズでは自機が強化されたり自爆したりと、ゲーム中に入力することで様々な効果を得られました。
