Skybound Gamesは、2018年からSteamで配信停止になっていた『The Walking Dead』シリーズの再開を発表しました。

同シリーズはTelltale Gamesが開発し、Steam/GOG.comで配信されていましたが、2018年にスタジオが閉鎖。権利を引き継いだSkybound GamesがEpic Gamesでの専売を発表し、2018年末から他の販売サイトでは購入が不可能になっていました。Steamで配信が再開されるのは、『The Walking Dead』『The Walking Dead: Season Two』『The Walking Dead: A New Frontier』『The Walking Dead: The Final Season』の4作。Steam版の配信再開は今週中の予定です。なお、GOG.comでの配信再開については言及されていません。
この発表では、海外ニンテンドーeショップでのシーズン2と3の配信予定も公開されています。今週は同社の開発したVRホラーゲーム『The Walking Dead: Saints ＆ Sinners Standard Edition』のSteamでの配信開始も予定されており、ウォーカーを相手にしたサバイバルが白熱しそうです。 Game*Spark Mr.Katoh
